Refund & Rescheduling Policy
All camp registrations are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in the case of documented medical reasons. Inspire Soccer reserves the right to request medical documentation and, if deemed necessary, a second medical opinion before approving any exception.
In the event of a force majeure (including but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, extreme weather conditions, or other acts of God), Inspire Soccer will offer the option to reschedule the camp to a later date, when possible. The rescheduled camp will typically take place within the same week, subject to availability and safety conditions.
In all other circumstances, refunds will not be issued. However, families will be offered the opportunity to reschedule their registration to another Inspire Soccer camp, either:
- later in the same calendar year, or
- during the following summer, subject to availability.
By completing registration, families acknowledge and accept this refund and rescheduling policy.
